We are a community-based, volunteer-run organisation aiming to support people within the community suffering from stress, anxiety and depression by providing low-cost counselling and affordable wellbeing workshops and classes.
We believe people can be helped to find their own solutions given the right support and we aim to offer a range of tools to help with this. As well as counselling, we currently offer mindfulness meditation workshops/courses and community walks.
Our counsellors are fully qualified or trainees in the final stage of their professional qualification. All are registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
We are here to educate and support people manage their lives in a healthier way using a holistic approach in order to move towards mental wellbeing.
